The domaine

Coteaux beaujolais  plein Sud (Saône et Loire). 100% Gamay. Altitude moyenne 400m

The vines

Gobelets 10 000 pieds/ha (-1 rang sur 5 arraché) + cordons largeur 2m. Age entre 20 et 90 ans.

Winemaking

Vendanges entières. Pas d'égrappage. Vinification en cuves béton (10j  à 3 semaines) sans aucun ajout. Pas de filtration.
